Analysts predict that the ERP of the future will be modular, gone are the days of inflexible monolithic structures. We always believed in modularity and so VENTAS was built to be just that.
Nature proves it: larger organisms are built from simple functional units. Swarms too form complex structures based on members that communicate in simple ways with one another.

VENTAS consists of a rich library of stable functional units that are being applied to a variety of different functions throughtout our ca. 1.600 program modules. The modules themselves can communicate and exchange data so that the implementation of a process chain is practically only a matter of definition and not an additional, complex programming task, as it would be the case with conventional systems.
This way VENTAS can fulfill the needs of a wide range of industries and makes internal use of synergies which makes adapting to new requirements easy while also keeping the solution stable.
All essential components of VENTAS can be influenced with little effort by using module groups or changing parameters, menus, field labels, reports and documents, etc.

On-memory functionality, powered by IBM, can be optionally used to handle larger queries.

Reports and Documents –
Quick and Easy
To define and generate reports and documents, you can use both Microsoft and Open/Libre Office. Another way in which we pursue an independent line to give the customer access to all possibilities.
We rely on the Open Document Format which is among others promoted and used by the European Union as an independent format of the future.
As output formats are available PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, HTML, ODT and ODS.
Forms are filled with numerous, predefined variables that fulfill all practical needs.
Optionally, an on-memory database can be used to greatly reduce the response times of your report queries. This way adequate decisions will be made more swiftly because time is money.
