To define and generate reports and documents, you can use both Microsoft and Open/Libre Office. Another way in which we pursue an independent line to give the customer access to all possibilities.

We rely on the Open Document Format which is among others promoted and used by the European Union as an independent format of the future.

As output formats are available PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, HTML, ODT and ODS.

Forms are filled with numerous, predefined variables that fulfill all practical needs.

Optionally, an on-memory database can be used to greatly reduce the response times of your report queries. This way adequate decisions will be made more swiftly because time is money.

VENTAS provides completely integrated financial and cost accounting. No need for extra interfaces to external accounting software. As a result, margins can be determined precisely at any time. Credit limits are updated after every posting as opposed to nightly.

You decide. Many customers start off with a private cloud server on our data center in Germany. This saves IT labor costs and allows you to focus on the essentials instead. Data can be migrated at any time to a local server.

The VENTAS surface (VDC) was designed to be used through the Internet. This allows you to simplify your IT environment and to outsource the management of your server to our data center.

From the user’s perspective nothing changes if you are using our cloud. Everything you need is available as usual. The VDC is fast, encrypted, and uses an optimized, compressed protocol to exchange data with the server in a fast and secure manner.

If working in a home office or branch of your company, your working experience will remain exactly the same.

With the secure VENTAS cloud worrying about data backups is no longer necessary. The servers are redundant and protected from loss so that there will be no work interruptions in case of server damage.

Of course you can always run your own server. We gladly offer consulting on the different options of virtualization and fail-safe systems.
